Unions at the workplace

Don't get me wrong, I love the idea behind unions. It allows workers to organize and fight injustice. To not work beyond their contract, to not be forced to work overtime to get MINIMUM wage.

Atleast that the idea behind it. Because you see unions are fragile. They are only as strong as the will of the members. However in the last 50 years unions have became corrrupt in america.

The economy crisis and people being laid off so companies get half a percent more profit is just sad.

The unions in germany are an example to us all. Having a vote in the workplace and a stead wage aswell as the right to ask more
